Yes. Solo and Creator Pro both include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can process up to 3 hours of video during the trial period.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period with no fees. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day grace period but there are no cancellation penalties.
API access is in closed beta for Team plan customers. We are building it now and early Team subscribers get first access when it ships. The API will support job submission, clip list retrieval, and export download links.
